How We Recruit

Our recruitment Process

1. Client Consultation and Needs Assessment

The recruitment process begins with a thorough consultation between the Kamsol and the client organization to understand their staffing requirements, business objectives, and culture.
A needs assessment is conducted to identify the specific job roles, skills, qualifications, and experience levels needed to fulfill the client’s staffing needs effectively.

2. Job Analysis and Description

Based on the client’s requirements, we conduct a detailed job analysis to define the key responsibilities, duties, and requirements of the job roles.
A comprehensive job description is created, outlining the qualifications, skills, experience, and other attributes required for each position.

3. Candidate Sourcing and Attraction

Utilizing various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and databases, we actively seek out potential candidates who match the client’s criteria.
In addition to active sourcing, passive candidate outreach and networking activities are conducted to attract top talent who may not be actively searching for job opportunities.

4. Candidate Screening and Evaluation

Resumes and applications received from potential candidates are carefully screened and evaluated against the job requirements and criteria outlined in the job description. Qualified candidates undergo further assessment, which may include phone screenings, competency-based interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks to assess their suitability for the position.

5. Candidate Presentation to Client

After thorough screening and evaluation, we present a shortlist of qualified candidates to the client for review and consideration.
Candidate profiles, resumes, and assessment reports are provided to the client, along with any additional information or recommendations to assist in the decision-making process.

6. Interview Coordination and Facilitation

The consultancy coordinates and schedules interviews between the client and the shortlisted candidates, ensuring that all logistics, including timing, location, and interview panel members, are arranged smoothly.
Depending on the client’s preferences, we may provide guidance and support in conducting interviews, including interview question development and interview skills training for client representatives.

7. Offer Negotiation and Acceptance

Upon completion of the interview process, we assist the client in negotiating employment terms and conditions with the selected candidate.
Offer letters and employment contracts are prepared and presented to the candidate, facilitating communication and negotiation between the client and the candidate until mutually acceptable terms are reached.

8. Onboarding Support and Follow-Up

Following acceptance of the offer, we provide onboarding support to facilitate a smooth transition for the newly hired candidate into the client organization.
We conduct follow-up sessions with both the client and the candidate to ensure satisfaction, address any issues or concerns, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

9. Performance Tracking and Evaluation

After the candidate has been on boarded, we provide ongoing support in tracking and evaluating their performance, ensuring alignment with the client’s expectations and objectives.
Regular check-ins and performance reviews may be conducted to monitor progress, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for development or advancement.

10. Client Relationship Management

Throughout the recruitment process and beyond, we maintain open communication and collaboration with the client, providing updates, addressing concerns, and offering strategic advice and support to meet their evolving staffing needs.
